*Play a lead role in ensuring that company’s insurance holding group is compliant with the Insurance Holding Company Act, including staying abreast of regulatory developments, and coordinating, drafting, filing key Holding Company Act filings (e.g., Forms B and C – Annual Registration and Changes thereto, Form D Prior Notice of Transaction, Form F – Enterprise Risk Report, and the Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure). *Lead the coordination, drafting, and management of intracompany agreements across the enterprise, as well as related regulatory notifications or approval filings, as needed $97,100.00 – $161,900.00
